Using BlueHost

    I closed a previous account and set up an account with BlueHost instead. However, when I go to use the included wordpress features I’m faced with the message of account closure. I’ve gone to create a new account with WP yet I’m not sure how to attach my domain to the account which I thought was already connected?

    Hello theorrin, seem you are having issues with the self-hosted WordPress from wordpress.org since you mentioned Bluehost.

    When you say you have gone to create a new account with WP do u mean u opened a new account on wordpress.com ?

    Hi there, if I understand correctly, you want to connect the Jetpack plugin on your BlueHost WP website to your WPcom account? If so, you’d connect it while you are logged in to this new WPcom account.

    Your best bet for support on this would either be through BlueHost or Jetpack directly. The forums you’ve posted to assist users of free websites hosted on the WPcom platform.

    If I’ve misunderstood your question, please give us more details including your old WPcom username and/or email address (the forum software will redact it from public view but Staff will still be able to see it) and the domain you are asking about.
