Using categories as pages

Hello,
I have a wordpress.com blog and am trying to create various pages on my site such as “News,” “Featured,” etc. However, whenever I try and use tags/categories to link the pages I am unable to do so. So when I write a post and use the “Feature” category it doesn’t appear in the feature page.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

cannot automatically update. Only dynamic category pages, archives pages and tags pages will automatically update.Create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into it. Then every post you assign the categories to will automatically appear under the relevant category page after the post is published.
