Using certain font

    I type what I want on another word program. MS Word, Wordpad, or MS Word Processor.
    To make sure to get what I want to say without a lot of typo’s or other writing errors.
    Then all I had to do was select, copy and paste. Now with the new format, I get a lot of unwanted gaps, font changing from normal to bold, and sometimes, the font style changing.
    Anyway to keep this from happing with the change?

    Please, please do not paste directly from MS Word into your blog. It will cause problems like this all the time. Wordpad will not, generally speaking.

    What you can do is compose in whatever program you like, then paste it into Wordpad using Paste Special –>Remove Formatting. That strips out all the invisible HTML tags that Word puts in. Then copy the Wordpad version and paste into your blog.

    Easier still is using an offline blog editor like Blogdesk or Ecto. They are just like writing in your blog, including uploading pictures and tags and categories, and then you hit a button and it connects to WordPress and it uploads your post intact. It keeps all your formatting and they do have spell checkers built in.
