Using credit for renewal
-
I have a paid, personal account for my blog which is working out quite well forme and I’m really happy with it. I can see on the site manager that I have £6 credit that I can use. It suggests I use it for an upgrade but I want to use it for a renewal (the renewal is due in about 3 weeks but I might do it early so as not to lose the credit)
Is this possible or is it not really credit, just a discount on an upgrade?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
The discount you see is a pro-rated credit for an upgrade, so I’m afraid you won’t be able to use it for renewal.
When you purchase a plan and decide to upgrade it immediately, you’d only pay the difference in both plans. As time passes, though, the credit diminishes. Here’s more info on how it works:

Hm, OK, thanks. For a second there, I thought I had some credit. Not to worry then, I’ll wait till my actual renewal date and renew it then. My blog isn’t big enough to be worth an upgrade.
