Using CSS to mimic "Internal Server Error" page

  I’m very new to wordpress. CSS, I had never heard of before today. Is there a way to design CSS to mimic the “Internal Server Error” page you get when visiting a website that is down?

  Can you explain why you are wanting to do this? Deliberately doing such would cause issues with search engines and may end up affecting your search engine ranking.
