Using Cubic Theme for a Website

I hope this isn’t an easy answer, as I tried looking all over the support and forums and I can’t figure this out. I really like the Cubic Theme and want to use it for a website and not a blog. In other words, I would like to have the home page look just like the WordPress Cubic example in “Themes” with each cube/image be a different link to different pages on my website, but I am having trouble setting the home page to look and act accordingly. I have designated it as a static page but am having trouble getting it to look the way I want. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
