Using custom css to remove metadata from posts on the Home page

  Hello!

  I want to remove the date and author metadata from posts displayed on the Home page of our site. I’d like the post title and category to stay where they are. It’s an older theme, so the custom css is in the Customiser – I know where to put it, but I have NO idea how to write the css I need and add it to make it work.

  Screenshots show the code from Inspect Element, and an individual post displayed on the Home page – it’s the date and “TAFE Media Editor” I want gone so the pic and headline display nicely.
