Using Exford theme: why is the demo mode/preview different from what I edit?

  I liked the look of the Exford theme template and pictured myself simply overriding what was there with my own content.

  Upon commencing to edit the theme it has the Header/Footer etc, but none of the content in the middle.

  Am I missing something? Or is it up to me to construct the rest as per theme template?

  Hi Graham,

  When you activated that theme, you should have seen an option to automatically switch your site’s front page to the theme’s default front page. If you opted out of that, the theme would just have been applied to your existing content, though, and it sounds like that might have happened here.

  Can you tell us a bit more about what you’re trying to do? And this is for the site at https://info74e45aecf48.wordpress.com/, correct?
