using existing domain

    I have sandibachom.com hosted by earthlink I can’t reach them to see how I migrate the url to you, they’re closed and what happens to my existing data?

    Hi there,

    The way domains are regulated, you would need to have access to the control panel (with the company that the domain is registered under now) in order to release the domain for transfer.

    If I look up the public WHOIS info for sandibachom.com I see that it has settings that point traffic to earthlink, but the domain itself appears to be registered at Register.com. You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/sandibachom.com+dns

    What I would recommend is to contact Register.com support and see if you can provide them with whatever info they need to confirm you are the domain owner. Once you have done that and have the ability to manage the domain on that end, let us know and we can walk you through how to transfer it over to us. :)
