Using Flash Video Plugin for WordPress

How do I add in this plugin for the flash video player from this site?
Is it even possible to add video from that type of player to a root directory? Is there any way to get to the root directory of our wordpress? Or am I not able to upload this kind of video plugin without having my own wordpress website on my own server?

I have to ask. Not trying to be insulting but we’ve been discussing this topic recently and I would like an honest opinion.
Did you read the sticky at the top of the forums? We’re trying to figure out why we get questions like these when the answer is already stated and available.
You can’t add in your own plugins here as it’s a security risk since this is a shared environment. There’s a number of video sites supported. You can find instructions here:
