using Google Drive as an external media

  I’m trying to use Google Drive as an external media. When I try uploading from Google Drive I get the upload screen, see https://snipboard.io/4HfK2y.jpg, followed by an authentication pop-up, and then the upload page appears again. How do I access my Google Drive files?

  Godaddy hosts the website. Livechat won’t help.

  Since your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com anymore, you’ll have to post in the WordPress.org support forums to get help with configuring Good Drive.
