"using 'guided transfer' for a suspended blog"

  My blog “jogajungle.wordpress.com” was suspended last month. I have the 31 XML export files and wanted to utilize the ‘guided transfer’ paid option to move the site to ‘bluehost’. However, the site is no longer listed in my dashboard. Is there a way to utilize the ‘guided transfer’ option if I have the backup files?   @jogabot you’ll need to work through the terms of service team to resolve any issues with the suspension. They’ll be able to determine your options at this point. Sorry we cannot discuss suspended sites publicly.
