    Hi there,

Themes from third parties such as the one which you have purchased can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

On WordPress.com, you can select from a variety of themes to change your blog’s appearance. You can read more about customizing the appearance and theme of your blog on WordPress.com here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

We offer over 210 themes, both free themes and premium themes created by leading theme companies. You can view all of our themes and filter them by specific criteria here:

    http://theme.wordpress.com/

You can also post suggestions for new themes we might add on our public user forum:

    So sorry for the inconvenience!

Sure! You have now paid for your domain through 2015-07-05. You can point it anywhere you want or just keep it pointed at WordPress.com. It’s entirely up to you.

At the end of that year, you can do one of three things: You can renew it with us, you can let it expire, or you can transfer it to another domain registrar. Again, it’s entirely up to you!

If you’d like to keep the domain but don’t want the WordPress.com Premium plan you purchased, I can cancel the rest of the Premium plan and refund you $73 ($99 minus $26 for the domain). How does that sound?

That theme isn’t available here at WordPress.com — it’s only available for self-hosted WordPress.org sites. If you’d like to keep using your site hosted here at WordPress.com, you’ll need to choose from the themes in our theme showcase here:

    http://theme.wordpress.com/

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

    Hi Dan,

Sure thing! I just canceled your WordPress.com Premium purchase (but left your domain) and sent you a $73 refund. Please note it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

If there’s anything more I can do to help, just let me know. :)
