    As long as they allow you to change the domain’s name servers or add custom A records to point the domain to us, you’ll be able to use your domain here.

    However, if you want to use your own domain with a site hosted with us on WordPress.com, consider buying your domain directly from us instead. You’ll need one of our paid plans either way, but if you register the domain with us as part of the plan the first year of the domain’s cost is included in the plan, and it also means the domain will start working the moment it’s registered.
