Using HTML, typed on TEXT section, ok! Looks, fine in VISUAL. But not in PAGE.

    TRYING TO MAKE A TABLE, HALF THE LENGTH OF THE TEXT LINE.
    Coding question 2
    Here is a simpler problem I am having with code.
    I get what I want in the Page’s Visual, but not the Page.
    I am trying to get only 50% of the length of the text.
    Again, it looks fine in Visual.
    TYPED IN MICROSOFT WORD
    I HAVE FOUND THAT WORDPRESS ADDS QUOTES “ “
    And also, adds <tbody> </tbody>
    <table border=5 width=50% cellspacing=3 cellpadding=4>
    <tr>
    <th>
    <h4>”JANUARY”</h4>
    </th>
    <th>
    <h5>7Ma</h5>
    </th>
    <th>
    <h5>Chad</h5>
    </th>
    </tr>
    </table>

    ALSO, IN VISUAL, I DRAG THE TABLE SMALLER,
    BUT, AGAIN ON THE PAGE ITSELF IT IS THE FULL
    LENGTH OF THE TEXT
    WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW???? THANKING YOUR REPLY !!!!!!!

    1)http://www.temple.edu/cs/web/tables.html
    is a very good source of information from Temple University about using HTML. They use UPPER CASE.

    2) The first answer said I should use other software, rather than develop a knowledge of HTML. However, I continued trying to apply HTML on WordPress and came within 95% of what I wanted. Brains over Etchasketch! My suspicions are that with an absence of laziness I will accomplish what I want. I just have to contact knowledgeable people. ALSO, I asked the first person for sources of those softwares so I could download them and see what they offer. However, I am hesitant to let my computer be exposed to malware and would like a reliable source for those software. I have noticed that Microsoft offers a packet of software, but I only want the Writer. The others, such as Windows Movie Maker (?) I already have an excellent Adobe software for editing my videos and don’t need a silly thing. SO WOULD YOU LIKE TO SUGGEST A RELIABLE SOURCE FOR THE SOFTWARES MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY? Meanwhile, I hope some users of WordPress are prepared to share their knowledge of how to interface HTML with WordPress

    Ah! I have been searching and I am too tired to try it, tonight.
    But here seems to be a WordPress post from a knowledgeable person.
    I guess with all the wankers, there are still people that are willing to share knowledge they have acquired in a way that makes a more beautiful planet.
