Using illustratr theme – pages arent showing up in menu

  Pages i publish are not showing up in the menu – from the theme sample it seems there is a menu placed under header txt – i have published 4 pages and they do no show up at all
  whats going on????

  I’m having the same issue, you seem to have resolved yours. How did you got about getting the different pages to show up?
