Using Images as a Post Title

  I would like to use a banner image as my post title for some of my posts. Is there a way to use an image rather than the text I give the title? This will be a different image for each post and sometimes I will still need text. So this can’t be a template change. At least not a one time, add the image url to the template, change. Is there a plugin for this or would this be an easy fix? go to my site http://www.warblogle.com. You will see banners in some posts. I want those to show as the title.
  Another issue is, if I do get the image in the title bar, I would still like to have a text title to show in the emails sent for each post. Any ideas?
