Using my existing domain as blog address

  A long time ago I left WordPress for Blogger because it seemed easier to create myself. Now I think “google is evil” and I want to take my existing domain into WordPress. Where are the pointers for such a transition?

  You can map a wordpress.COM blog to your domain name as explained in this FAQ: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/10/domain-mapping/

  As far as transferring your blogger stuff over here, that can also be done, but there have been some issues transferring blogger stuff over here for a little while and I’m not sure if that problem has been ironed out yet. You might have to contact support directly on that.

  If you have a lot of images or vids, then might have to do some editing of links (unless you hosted your images or vids outside of blogger).
