  If I get the personal plan for $4 per month will my url read only my domain (,com) without .wordpress.com

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  If you choose so, yes. The first year of owning the domain name is free, but after that, in addition to the personal plan, you’ll have to pay for the domain (which ranges from 18-22 for most extensions)
