using my own FASTHOSTS sub domain can I redirect WP without cost and how ?

    Hi,

    I a bit confused by the different options for pointing my WP blog to s.cherryman.co.uk which is hosted by FASTHOSTS,

    My WP account is the basic free one. And I want to keep costs down so don’t really want to incur WP costs if I can avoid it.

    Has anyone had experience of similar situation ? Please advise

    Hi Sammi,

    The best way to link your subdomain s.cherryman.co.uk with your WordPress.com site is to follow the Instructions for Mapping Subdomains to add the subdomain to your site.

    You can also contact your domain registrar to see if they offer another alternative for redirecting that subdomain to your WordPress.com site, and to get help setting that up from their end. However, using the steps I mentioned above is the best way to completely link that subdomain to your site (so the subdomain appears in your browser’s address bar when you visit the site, and all of your site’s features work as expected).
