Using my own site with wordpress, can't ask for help with paid theme

    I bought a domain, hosted my wordpress site on my own domain. Purchased a custom theme, Bloggy, and I have a question, but I am unable to post a question in the Bloggy support forum https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/bloggy because I cannot log into wordpress, so I had to create this generic wordpress account just to log in, but now I cannot post a question on the Bloggy support because wordpress says I haven’t purchased the Bloggy theme.

    Somebody please help I am going fking bananas over here after 2 hours of this.

    It’s impossible to help you if I don’t know what your site’s URL or the username you used to buy the theme is. Can you please provide that and then I can see if I’m able to help you.
