Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host mouradfoods.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Hostinger. As a result, we do not have access to your domain and are not familiar with how to set up a subdomain on that end.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, and we offer a migration plugin that will help you move your site to our managed hosting in just a few clicks. Or you have the option to create a subdomain on Hostinger and use it to set up a second (separate) site here on WordPress.com. To do that you will first need one of our plans, which will allow you to drop the “wordpress.com” URL and set your subdomain as the custom address instead.
I did not hear you mention it but if you would like to tell us more about the second site you are setting up, we are happy to take a closer look and confirm what plan you may need. Thanks for the additional info!

your answer is my question
“Or you have the option to create a subdomain on Hostinger and use it to set up a second (separate) site here on WordPress.com.”

and this is the the theme vendor server and technical requirements

- max_execution_time = 300
- max_input_vars = 5000
- safe_mode=off
- allow_url_fopen= on
No firewall, nginx, cloudflare or strict permissions/curl timeout/cache on server to avoid any kind of hindrance. make sure to import demo only 1 time to avoid any duplication of content.
is it ok to do that with one of your plans?
what is the best plan for that site?
Thanks in advance

You can see the full specs of our server environment here:
This page has some key information about our servers for sites hosted on our plugin-enabled plans. You may use this to troubleshoot issues or decide to host your site with us. Please note that these settings can’t be changed or modified for any individual site. WordPress / Server Environment WordPress version:6.1.1Release date:November 15, 2022Server info:nginxPHP version:7.4, 8.0, 8.1memoWe do use nginx on our servers, so that is not something that you can disable. However, you should contact the developers to see if they have any alternative solutions for our hosting environment.
Regarding site speeds, we have more information here:
Site speed is one of the most critical aspects of your site because your visitors expect a fast and smooth experience. This guide will cover what contributes to site speed, which tools you can use to measure it, what information these tools provide, and an example of improving site speed for an actual site. What Contributes to Site Speed Issues? These are the most common factors we see thYou would need at least a Business plan in order to use that theme from Theme Forest, but the eCommerce plan does include WooCommerce pre-installed along with a number of free and premium extensions that should integrate nicely with that theme’s features.
Both plans will include priority email and live chat support, so you’ll have our support team here if you need help.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. :)
