Using New Template and Uploading images
-
New template for posting a blog entry. How do you upload multiple photos using this new template. There is no “ad media” menu on this new template? Why is there no “We have changed!” message announcing that things need to be done in a different way? I couldn’t get my blog posted this a.m. as the result.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m sorry for any confusion. We’re constantly changing our design, so if we created such a message it would always be there!
In this case, when you are on the Reader and then click the Pencil to create a new post, you will see your editing screen. Below the content menu you will find a place where you can drag and drop media as well as a button to create galleries of images.
Let me know if you’re still not seeing it!

Hiya,
I’m so sorry about my recent reply. I was working off of an assumption that the gallery section would allow you to add images to your blog post, which it isn’t at this time.
This issue has been reported to our developers, and they are working on it. In the mean time, if you would like to compose blog posts with media you can still do so. You just need to go to your Dashboard and then go to Posts >> Add New. There you will be able to compose and add media to your post just like before.
Again, my apologies for this inconvenience and for my assumptions!

Thanx for trying your recommended solution, and posting a correction. I really appreciate that.
I kept playing around with it, and found the workaround you suggested, and was able to get the latest posting out. The biggest thing was to add the media, which the gallery didn’t seem to be able to allow. I am glad that it wasn’t me (as in I was just doing something wrong), but that the situation i found was an “undocumented feature.”
That change with the Gallery seemed to be a pretty big change to me, While i understand that you make changes all the time, i think that substantive changes deserve a warning or message of some sort. I know… I ‘m new to this stuff, but I’m just sayin….

I completely understand what you are saying, and this particular change was not on a level which we expected.
I genuinely appreciate your patience with this, and I can only assure you that our developers are working on getting the full media uploader back in place as it should be. Again, I apologize for the poor information I gave you originally, and thanks for responding so kindly!
