using “noisy decent graphics”

  I just posted to a Typepad blog & was asked to complete a graphics banner before the post would go through. That makes so much sense to me. Does WordPress have a widget that may be added that would allow us to ask new posters to do this. It certainly would make spam less likely, IMHO. The one on Typepad was “noisy decent graphics”.
