using old blog address

  I have two blogs that I want the contents to combine into one.

  Started “inevanable” 1st, then created a 2nd one called “gainingmommentum”.

  I have transferred the content of “inevanable” to “imgainingmommentum” (3rd blog). Now I want to cancel “inevanable” and “gainingmommentum” and only use “imgainingmommentum”, BUT (whew), once I cancel/delete the blogs “inevanable” to “gainingmommentum”, can I use/change the 3rd blog from “imgainingmommentum” to “gainingmommentum”?

  If so, (1) how do I delete the 1st two and (2) how do I change the name of blog #3 to the name used in blog #2?

  can I use/change the 3rd blog from “imgainingmommentum” to “gainingmommentum”?

  You cannot. Since this blog name is already in use, even if you delete it, it cannot be used again.

  If you know that you don’t need any of the current content in gainingmommentum, you can empty the site completely:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Then you can export all your content from imgainingmommentum and import it into gainingmommentum.

  Only the content will move, not the site configuration. You would have to add any widgets, change any settings for your theme, etc, that you wish.

  Then, if you’d like, you can delete the blogs inevanable and imgainingmommentum, using these instructions:
