Using old (dashboard) editor when clicking "edit" on an entry

  No it isn’t as far as I can tell.

  Not by directly clicking on the Edit button. But you can edit it using the old fully featured dashboard by clicking to Dashboard Posts->All posts, then clicking to Edit the post there.
