Using Pages to Forward to Other Sites

I’m using the K2-light platform. I’d like to create a page tab at the top of my blog that would forward people to my photo album, stored on another site. Essentially, someone would just be able to click one of the tabs in the header that would say “photos” at which point they would be taken to my photos. I know the K2-light theme uses pages to create the tabs in the header, however I’m wondering if there is a way to create code on a page that will automatically forward them somewhere else when they’re taken to that page.

What you are wanting cannot be done here at wordpress.com. You can however make a “photo” page and on that page provide a link to your photo album. It will be just one extra click for your visitors. You can also use a text widget with some descriptive text and the link to your photos. That way it would appear on every page.
