Using paypal on my site

  I am trying to set up a site and I am trying to use paypal. I have received code from paypal to insert into my webpage. Every time i insert the code and update my page the code disappears. I have tried several different ways including on another computer and using a different web browser. I am inserting the code into the “Text Window” vs the “Visual Window” under the “Edit Page” option of your site. Please advise thank you.
