When adding photos to my blog can I used photos from the internet that don’t have watermarks?

Not neccesarily. Not all images are watermarked but they are still under copyright. Copyright is automatically vested in the creator and it is the creator who is responsible for enforcing copyright if infringed upon. Using an image without the express written consent of the copyright holder is content theft and no copyright notice is required copyright is vested in the creator automatically.
Be aware that the majority of images you see in Google images are under copyright and require permission for use. Do not ever use any image unless you have prior written permission to use it or you will be committing a breach of copyright. Confirm the specific requirements of every image source please and use what they specify for crediting them.
