If you have the copyright of the photos from Google and screenshots, yes, you can use them on any of your posts.
Or if you’re looking for images to use in your content, WordPress.com also has an integration with Pexels where you can find thousands of free stock photos and you can use them in any of your posts.

To expand a bit on the answer above, most images you find via Google will most likely be copyrighted. We won’t prevent you from using them, but we will remove them should we receive a valid copyright complaint from the image owner.
Too many of these complaints, and your site could be suspended. You could also potentially face legal issues by using copyrighted content without permission. So I wouldn’t recommend using any media you don’t own, or don’t have permission to use.
