Using Plugins
-
I found a wordpress approved plugin for image mapping that I want to use, but can’t implement it.
On the plugin page it says “Uploading your own plugins is not available on WordPress.com”. I don’t want to upload my own, I simply want to use a wordpress one. It doesn’t appear in my directory.
This is the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-image-maps/ (or a similar image mapping plugin)
I have wordpress premium.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are confusing sites hosted by wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting. What you are looking for does not exist on wordpress.com hosted blogs that have builtin plugins only.
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
