Using PS2 Says reply info will disappear

I just switched to PS2 and love it but one person commented that it gives them a message that their info will be lost when they navigate away from the page which it does not. They also complain that they have to reinsert their email info etc. each time whereas before/other themes I have used this was not the case.
Do I have something set incorrectly?

Most likely you’ve not done anything. That warning’s been popping up off and on for the past 24 hours. They can safely ignore it.
As for re-entering the email etc, that’s probably something their own computer is doing, not your fault.
