Using Publicize for posts with embedded video

    I am using Publicize to share to tumblr and it works well. For posts with embedded video, however, I am experiencing a problem. When the post appears on tumblr, instead of an embedded video the post contains code like [ youtube=http://www.youtube.com/VIDEOID ]

    Is there any way to make sure my embedded video auto publishes to tumblr?
