Using purchased template in WordPress

  Hello

  I purchased a website template off Wrapbootstrap.com, is it possible to upload it to my website? I am unable to find the button that says ‘Install themes’ ? Could this be because I have created a forum instead of a website?

  It is not possible to use an external theme on WordPress.com. Get your money back; those themes are only for WordPress.ORG blogs on paid independent hosts.
