using quotes on quote page

  Need help, haven’t used this feature in many years and I need to work with my quotes. My coder isn’t available and I would like to relearn how this was done, so I can work make changes to the quotes without help.
  Im not tech savvy..struggle with it, but get it eventually, if can be explained in simplest terms. Thanks!
