using same blog domain name for site domain name

  please can I be able to convert this blog to a website or is it possible to link this blog to a website, because I want to open a website with this same domain name, because it is for the same business.

  You can upgrade to a paid WordPress.com plan as each paid plan comes with a custom domain name. There is a step-by-step process outlined in the following article with reference to registering a new domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/ – I would suggest you pay close attention to the “Before Upgrading” section and determine if a paid WordPress.com plan makes sense for you!
