Using script tags in text widgest (or elsewhere) — possible?

  Hi… I was wondering if anyone could tell me how add html code that has <script> tags into a text widget. I searched the topic, and found a thread that briefly mentioned this — but it was six months old, and petered off before offering a solution.

  I’d like to be able to add things such as my own Flickr badge (formatted a certain way), and other things that require scripts. What can I do?

  My site is http://biggerthanthesky.wordpress.com, and I’m using the Andreas09 theme.
