Using search widget v. Google search?

    Is there any way to use Google search instead of the search widget that’s available by default?

    My problem is that I’ve tagged certain posts with the keyword “lesson plan,” but if you do a search using the widget for “lesson plan,” it doesn’t pick up all of the tagged posts. I realize I could make it a category, but I would really prefer to keep my categories minimal and stick with the tags. In any event, I feel like the Google search would be more thorough – is there any way to use it instead?
