Using Sela theme

    I am trying to set up Sela theme as per the preview, i.e. front page static, page in menu which will show blog posts. Instructions on ‘how to use Sela’ tell me to click on options which seem not to exist in the new version of wordpress. In order to set this up, apparently I need to change settings under Settings>Reading in order to display a selected page as ‘posts page’. however, when I click on settings, there is not a ‘Reading’ option to click on, and I cannot find any such settings anywhere else. Help!
