How do I use Semagic to post to my blog?

  I already use semagic to post to other blogs and would like to continue using it for wordpress. i have followed the instructions for entering the blog API. I can log in and type a post, but when I try to post it, I get error 401: “Sorry, you do not have permission to post to this blog.” Not sure what to do. Please help.

  How did you configure your Semagic client? Keep in mind that we don’t officially support publishing with Semagic, but there might be some further help on their website.

  With wordpress.com as the host

  I also tried myblog.wordpress.com/xmlrcp.php instead of just the last bit.

  Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for third-party applications.

  At this point, all I can guess would be the following:

  server: equilibriumsands.wordpress.com

  path: /xmlrcp.php

  username/password: same as your blog
