Using Soho Theme. Want to remove the theme name at bottom of page

  I have the SOHO theme and I want to remove the text that states the name of the theme “Blog at wordpress.com. The Soho Theme.”

  I also want to replace this with my copyright statement. Where could I do this either in CSS or in the wpadmin tool?
