Using Stats API in the past – what now?

  In the past I have used the API to pull down my blog stats in CSV form, so I can analyze the data. With the announcement of support being moved to Jetpack (see http://en.support.wordpress.com/api-keys/), I am wondering how I can do this in the future?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
