using the Akismet API key

  I want to use my new Akismet API key. The instructions are click on the Akismet link under Plugins menu.
  Nowhere on my Dashboard do I seen either Akismet or Plugins.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  For your site on WordPress.com, we already filter everything (comments, contact form submissions, etc) through Akismet, so you don’t need to add your API key anywhere.

  For sites using the WordPress.org software, then you’ll need the Akismet API key.
