Using the Categories Widget

  Hey guy’s I’m really struggling to use Worpress it isn’t exactly user friendly the location of many this is poorly placed, in particular I’m trying to use the Catagories widget on my blog as a form of navigation, yet It isn’t appearing in my theme.

  Your Categories widget doesn’t show when you view most of your pages, but it does show when you view a category page. This means you tampered with its Visibility settings. You do that only when you want a widget to appear selectively. Go to Appearance > Widgets, open and delete your current Categories widget, then add it anew from Available, without clicking its Visibility button at all.
