Using the mobile app

  I have two wordpress.com sites and downloaded the mobile app so I could access them on my phone. The app allows me to add one site, but when I try to add the other the first site disappears and is replaced with the new site. Is only one site allowed on the app?

  This is because you are using two different accounts for those sites. To manage multiple sites in the app, the sites need to be in the same account, as you can only be logged into one account at a time in the app.

  To manage both sites in the app you’ll either need to transfer ownership of the one site to the other account, or you’ll need to make one account an admin on the site that belongs to the other account. You can find the relevant instructions here:

  Thanks for helping me transfer ownership of one account to another. I have another question. I transferred ownership of family memories to pattiwilliams79. Is it safe to delete the account that formerly owned family memories?

  I see that no WordPress.com sites are associated with that user. However, if the username associated with the account is not being used elsewhere (for example oAuth to log in to another website) then I’d caution you against deleting the account. This is not likely the case but did want to mention it.
