Using theme with another domain

I have recently closed my blog and have a new blog with a new domain add, I previously bought the opti theme can I transfer the theme to my new blogsite? If so how do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The account you’re using to post here has never bought any premium themes on WordPress.com.
What is the site for which you bought the theme? And what is the site with which you want to use the theme?

The site which I bought the premium theme for was Cambrianostra.com which has now expired
The site which I’d like to use the theme for is walesinternational.home.blog

Thanks! Can you sign in to the account that was used for cambrianostra.com and post here. We have to verify that you have access to that account before we remove/transfer any upgrades.

Thanks for the confirmation! I have removed the theme from your cambrianostra1 account and add paid credits to your walesinter account so that you can use the credits to add the Opti Theme to that account.
