Using Themes in WordPress

  I’m trying to understand if the account we have allows us to use third party themes and if so.. can i combine them with our site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here at WordPress.com, we can’t upload third party themes. All of the themes available to us can be found here:

  https://wordpress.com/themes

  You can upload themes to a self- hosted WordPress.org site. There are some other differences that you can read about here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
