Using Twitter to 'find friends'

    I’ve just tried to use the ‘find friends’ function on my WordPress account and have accidentally linked my partners Twitter account which was logged in at the time. I can’t seem to remove it and link to my own account. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

    I’m not aware of a “Find friends” function. Where did you find this?

    The only place I can think where you could have connected Twitter is via Publicize. Head to Settings ->Sharing in your dashboard. If you already have a Twitter account connected you’ll see it next to the Twitter logo. Click on the x next to the Twitter username to remove the account and on Add New to connect a new one. (You can connect more than one account if you wish). http://en.support.wordpress.com/twitter/

    If you remove an account you should also go to that accounts settings page on Twitter and remove wordpress access from the Apps tab there.
