Using Two Caching Plugins Together

I am using Astra Pro Theme on my WordPress site. This theme suggests some plugins, one of which is WP Fastest Cache. Then I tried to minify the CSS-JavaScript files to reduce the server request on my site and so I installed the Merge + Minify + Refresh plugin. A friend of mine recently said that my .htaccess has been severely damaged due to the use of two similar plugins. But I am in doubt because I don’t understand coding well. Can’t these two plugins be used together? If so, which one should I uninstall now?

Hi, I only used WP Fastest Cache and was happy so far. I do also not suggest to use two similar plugins. That does not really make sense.
If they work together, its good. If not this will cause damage or troubles sometime.
I would deinstall the Merge,Minify,Refresh. -
