Using “UNITE” Theme Need Help

  I am new to WordPress. I had a web designer set up my website using WP and got the Unite Theme. I have many questions. Where and how do I learn WP for my specific theme? I have the basic dashboard things down, but lack in WP all they way around. Would appreciate any direction. My Website(s) http://www.iamnotjerry.com and http://www.myfotoworld.net
